CNC Turning provides for fast repetitious production of high volume parts to exact Specifications
Manual Turning is ideal when high volume is not a factor. Primarily used in Low Volume Prototype and Repair scenarios.
Both processes are adequate in producing cylindrical items. Major cost advantages are directly related to volume required versus Setup cost

Capabilities

Our maximum capacity for CNC Turning is 16" X 60" which is ideal for the manufacture of large shafts, housings, endcaps and other cylindrical products. Our Maximum capacity for manual machining is 14" X 40" which is considered ideal for the manufacture of low volume or prototype designs.
